Yamaha Gains Backing from Petronas

Just a week past, Yamaha signed a three year agreement with Petronas, a Malaysian oil and gas corporation, to become a new official sponsor of the Fiat Yamaha Moto GP team. With this new partnership, the Fiat Yamaha uniforms and bikes will carry the Petronas branding. The new Yamaha and Petronas partnership will also lead to future business ventures in Malaysia and Southeast Asia. Petronas will work on development and production of new Yamaha oil for all Yamaha vehicles.

Yamaha engine oil is used in hundreds of different engines including those engines of the Fiat Yamaha Moto GP team. Yamaha has demonstrated itself as a clear leader in the industry with their innovative engine technology. Yamaha has also dedicated itself to creating ideal oil formulations for their engines.
