Waverunner and Yamaha 2W Oil for Anniversary

12ft-2013-yamaha-waverunner-fx-sho-1My girlfriend and I have done a lot of bonding out on the water; one of our very first dates was on a ferry ride and we both enjoy fishing and other activities that can be done out on the water. Whenever summer rolls around, we like to go boating and fishing in as many lakes and rivers as we can over the course of the season, while the weather is still nice.

This year, for our anniversary, I decided that we would do something that we had never done before, and I got us a Waverunner, alongside all the Yamaha 2W oil that I would need for it. I think that my girlfriend will really enjoy riding around on a Waverunner and I’m really excited to reveal the surprise to her, so that we can have fun with it together.

Yamaha’s Products Include Yamaha 2M Oil

pic_009I used to think that companies couldn’t have the same name as other companies, but then I started to see stores in my area like McDonald’s Furniture, which had no affiliation to the fast food restaurant and simply shared a name. I would have figured that it’d be difficult to get a business started with a name so close to such a popular company.

One way I was really surprised, however, was when I discovered that the Yamaha that made my musical instruments was the same Yamaha that made the Yamaha 2M oil that I use on my boat. I had figured that it was another instance of two companies with the same name, but it turns out that Yamaha gets their hands into all sorts of different products.

Fun with a Boating License and Yamalube Oil

Boating LicenseI got my boating license when I was a teenager so that I’d be able to operate my dad’s boat whenever we went out to our lake house. I would bring my friends out there and we would chill out in the sun, hang out at the beach, and ride around in the boat. Sometimes we would go fishing, but mostly we just had a lot of fun cruising around in the boat in general.

I no longer live with my parents, but I do have my own boat these days, and I’m glad I have a boating license and a lot of experience with boats. I live much closer to a lake now than our lake house was to our actual house, so I have more opportunities now than I used to that allow me to load up my boat with Yamalube oil and take it out for a spin.

Going Fast on a Waverunner with Yamalube 2W

300174_10151384572748123_1879943396_nIf you’ve never been on a Waverunner before, you’re missing out enormously. The best way that I can describe it is that it’s like the motorcycle of the sea. If you’re interested in high speeds on a personal vehicle in the water, there’s absolutely no reason to not check out a Waverunner. After I rode a friend’s for the first time, I knew I was in love with it and needed my own personal watercraft.

For my Waverunner, it was recommended to me that I use Yamalube 2W for the oil. I’ve used that the entire time I’ve had it and I’ve gotten nothing but great performance out of it. Anyone who loves the thrill of going fast and maneuvering in interesting ways out on a lake has got to try out a Waverunner: I give it my absolute highest recommendation.

Yamaha Outboard Oil for a Clean Boat

boaterslogvol4no1image1_largeMy friends and I are in the middle of planning out our big annual fishing trip this year. Though we’re still deciding which lake we want to head out too, we know it’ll end up being a long road trip, followed by a long weekend of fishing, drinking, and catching up with one another. Since we’re all family men now, we don’t get a chance to hang out as often as we once did.

My boat’s the one that we’re going to be taking out this time, so I’ve been doing everything I can to make sure it’s well-maintained and in the best possible condition. For instance, I’ve made sure to load up on Yamaha outboard oil. I’ve also been cleaning my boat to make sure that it looks great; I like being able to have a nice-looking boat when my friends come to see it.

Learning About Boats and Yamalube 2-M

The only thing that I really knew is that I wanted a boat and I would figure out the rest as time went on. I’m a fast learner when it comes to things like that, though I underestimated exactly how much knowledge I would need to know about having a boat.

Obviously, I had to learn how to properly drive it, as well as learn how to set up my car so that I could tow it to where I wanted to take it. Driving with a boat attached to your car has a learning curve of its own. In addition to learning about transportation itself, I also made sure to learn about the maintenance of the boat, and learned to start using Yamalube 2-M in it.

Pools, Lakes, and Yamaha 2W Oil

I’ve always been obsessed with hanging out in the water and finally I live in a house that has a pool and I also live nearby a lake. This is perfect for me, because I love being able to go for a swim in the pool as well as take my boat out on the lake, especially now that it’s summertime.

Recently, I went out to get some supplies for things that I would want to play around with in the pool and out on the lake. For instance, I got some pool toys so that my kids would be able to properly enjoy the pool and have fun in it. I got some of those noodles, as well as some goggles to make swimming easier, and I also picked up a couple of bottles of Yamaha 2M oil.

Yamaha 2S Oil for the Next Family Vacation

2008-Yamaha-PW80aEvery year since my kids have been old enough to walk, my wife and I have taken the family on a vacation in the summer. We’ve been to theme parks before like Disneyworld and Six Flags and sometimes we go to places where we can go hiking and camping. This year, I want to stick a little bit closer to home, because I want to bring my new boat along with us.

What my wife and I are planning is a trip over to the other side of the state, where there are more lakes and interesting places to camp out and spend time on the water. I’m stocking up on everything I’m going to need for my boat, including maintenance supplies like Yamaha 2M oil, because I want to be able to take my kids fishing for the first time.

Yamaha Outboard Oil Always on Hand

px_al_09.10_checking_oilI’ve always been the type who likes to be at the wheel in all situations. For some reason, I just don’t trust anybody else to drive a vehicle but myself. I’ve always preferred being the one who drives people around; I even prefer being the designated driver when we go out to bars, just so I don’t have to deal with anyone else’s driving. I’m the same way with boats as well.

Whenever my buddies and I go out boating together, I always insist that we take out my boat. Since that’s often what we end up doing, I always have to make certain that my boat is well-maintained. That’s why I always keep as much Yamaha outboard oil on hand as possible, so that I’m able to use it in a pinch whenever my boat is in need of an oil change.

Carrying On Family Tradition With Yamaha Oil

bootstaufeWhen I was a boy, I  went on annual fishing trips with my dad; he taught me how to fish and it became something that I still do regularly. Though we gradually went on fewer fishing trips together as I got older, it was still something I looked forward to whenever we would plan a trip. Those were very meaningful times as I look back on those trips.

I want to make sure that my son has the same fond memories of our times together as I do of my father, so I now take him for a fishing trip every year. I fill up my boat with some Yamaha oil and  we head out to a lake or a river where we fish together. I think my son enjoys it as much as I did when I was his age.

Watching Dolphins From The Boat

Dolphin-WebThere’s an area near where I live where if you take your boat out far enough you can pretty much be guaranteed to see some dolphins swimming around and playing with each other. Dolphins are my favorite animal; it is so interesting how intelligent they are and how playful they can be. I always try to take the time to go out and watch them.

Usually, I’ll round up a few of my friends who love animals or dolphins or whatever and we’ll bring some snacks and some drinks. I fill up my boat with some two cycle oil and we head out to the open water in search of dolphins. You have to be very careful not to hit any dolphins with your boat!

Rushing To Prepare With Yamaha Oil

yamaha_secaThe fishing trip that I go on with my friends every year is coming up quickly and I need to speed up my preparedness for the event. I’ve gotten new fishing rods and fishing line and bait, but there are still some things that I need to do with my actual boat before we head out onto the water.

In particular, I need to ensure that it’s clean and well-maintained. I want to make sure that we are safe and able to have a great time without having to worry about any problems with the boat. Obviously, I’m going to make sure to fill the boat up with Yamaha oil before we head out. Wouldn’t want any serious problems to occur with the boat, would we?
